Requirements for PSPME Board Examination

  1. Application Form
  2. Medical Diploma
  3. Certificate of completion of 3-year Pediatric Residency Training
  4. Certificate of PPS Pediatric Board
  5. Certificate of completion of 2 year Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship Training
  6. Research Paper in Pediatric Endocrinology (submit 1 copy)
  7. PRC License
  8. 2 Letters of Recommendation
  9. 2 Pictures (2 x 2)
  10. Application Fee of P 5,000.00
